Lyophilization

Cryogenic Lyophilization

Linde’s advances in liquid-nitrogen-based lyophilization technology have provided customers with greater operational flexibility, improved reliability and fewer maintenance demands. Our patented NCOOL™ heat exchanger has a refrigeration efficiency of > 95% and uses significantly less nitrogen than alternative cryogenic refrigeration systems. With high turn down capability, a compact footprint, and environmentally friendly operation, Linde’s NCOOL technology is ideal for today’s demanding lyophilization requirements.

Repository Equipment & Services

Linde has a complete repository offering including cryogenic storage freezers, cryoshippers, controlled rate freezers and O2 monitors. We also design and build CO2 back up systems for -80C° freezers, changeover panels, and a variety of gas handling equipment. As a fully integrated supplier, Linde provides cryogenic liquid nitrogen in dewars, microbulk and bulk tanks.
